1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fjc.jewelry (the “Site”) and the products and services offered by FJC (“FJC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use the Site or make purchases. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

(b) infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights;
(c) upload malware or harmful code;
(d) interfere with or disrupt the Site; or

4. Products, Pricing, & Availability
Products and pricing may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities per order, per person, or per household and may refuse or cancel orders in our sole discretion (for example, suspected resellers, incorrect pricing, or fraud risk). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout.
5. Orders & Billing
By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes, shipping, and any other applicable charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions.
6. Shipping, Risk of Loss, & Delivery

7. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for returns, refunds, and exchanges is governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site. Please review it carefully before purchasing.
8. Product Information
We make every effort to display product details (including colors, materials, and finishes) as accurately as possible. However, displays can vary by device, and minor variations may occur. These do not constitute defects.
9. Promotions, Discounts, & Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their specific terms and may not be combined unless stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Gift cards, if offered, are nonrefundable except where required by law and are subject to the terms provided at purchase.
10. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant FJC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in any media for marketing, advertising, and operational purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion, but we have no obligation to do so.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

17. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
18. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
20. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FJC and supersede all prior agreements or understandings related to the Site.
